In Cave Creek, near East Tapekim Road and North 53rd Place performing a diagnostic on an evaporative cooler. Upon arrival, found pump not working. Installed new pump and cleaned pump basket. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Upon arrival, removed and cleaned flame sensors and reinstalled. Checked ignitors and burners. Cycled systems on into heating mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked back pressure safety switch and safety shut down. Both systems are new and running properly at this time. Recommended hard start kits for compressor start up.

Checked gas line and flue piping; both are sealed and proper. Cycled system on into heating mode. Checked burners and ignitor. Checked volt and amp draws. Checked back pressure, safety switch, safety shut down working properly. Changed return air filter and checked splits. System is running within manufacturer specifications upon departure.
In Cave Creek, near East Calle De Pompas and North 60th Street performing dual preventative maintenance on a 2 Lennox units. Upon arrival, cycled units in cooling and heating mode. Checked volt and amp draws. Cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Checked Freon levels and pressures. Changed return air filters and checked splits. Checked attic furnaces; all safeties are in factory specification. Upon departure, both units are working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
In Cave Creek, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, spoke with customer. Unit appears low on charge. Charge was at 52/156 psig upon arrival. Customer said he had charge right, but compressor would overheat. Filled system with customer supplied R-22 Freon. After adding .3lbs of charge, found compressor not working properly. Charge went up to 100/200 with just a little Freon. Compressor then overheated. Recommend replacing system or compressor. Service complete.

INSTALLATION WILL INCLUDE RUNNING ELECTRICAL TO NEW CONDENSOR PLACEMENT, DISCONNECT BOX, WHIP KIT, PAD, SECONDARY PAN, WET SWITCH, AND THERMOSTAT. TO HOOK UP TO EXISTING LOW VOLT, HIGH VOLT, AND DUCTING. PRICE COVERS TAX, INSTALLATION, AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT.
